Pipsissewa is a medium roast, single origin coffee from Costa Rica with a rounded profile. As pleasurable to taste as it is to pronounce, it’s got a peaty overtone and a light floral kick, with notes of caramel, hazelnut and blackberry.

We enjoy Pipsissewa especially before, and sometimes after a run or bike through the piney woods.
