The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Olivastro Organic Quattrociocchi is an extra virgin of excellent choice, 100% italian, manufactured from olives exclusively from its own farm company from Alatri of the ‘Itrana’ variety.
Aroma:
to the smell it is perceived as a green robust fruity with slight reminding of green olives. The fruity is exalted by complex herbaceous notes between which it can be found the leaf, the artichoke, the green tomato and the apple.
Taste:
to the taste, bitter and pungency appear determinate but well balanced; green almond as closing make the oil high in its fragrance and quality. Medium fluidity. Good Harmony between nose and palate.
