Natural, artisan, crunchy, and extra thin crackers, without any additives or colorants, NO palm oil. We select the best red peppercorns, ripened on the plant, and turn them into a fine grain just before baking to maintain their scents. Red pepper is the green grain that has matured on the plant, turning the berry red. Red is more spicy than green and its aromas are also more intense. The cumin in grain is crushed without turning it completely into powder, to maintain its aroma and properties. Both Red Pepper and Cumin, give an intense, slightly spicy flavor to our crackers, and together with the extra virgin olive oil, they become an exceptional quality trio. Our flour is obtained by using an artisan ground process. simple industrial steel rollers with industrial steel rollers. We let our dough rest for 12 hours and then it is slowly baked to maintain the nutrients, obtaining an extra thin and crunchy, but consistent, cracker. 14 months shelf-life
